Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how The Intelligent Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), a publication about SAP S/4HANA transformation operated by Juan Torre, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit theintelligenthub.com (the “Site”) or interact with our forms, newsletter, or booking links.

Data controller contact: The Intelligent Hub, Spain. Email: contact@theintelligenthub.com.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Resource downloads: when you request a checklist or the maturity self-assessment, we collect your name, email address, and company name (via our WPForms contact forms).
  • Newsletter signup: when you subscribe to our weekly issue, we collect your email address via Brevo, using a double opt-in process (you must confirm via email before you are added to our list).
  • Booking a consultation: if you book a free conversation via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide. Calendly acts as an independent data controller for that information — see Calendly’s own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, approximate location, device/browser type, referral source). We use IP anonymization where available.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details. A cookie consent banner (CookieYes) lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies before analytics cookies are set.

How we use your information

  • To send you the checklist or resource you requested.
  • To send our newsletter, if you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
  • To respond to inquiries sent via our contact form or email.
  • To schedule and manage consultations booked via Calendly.
  • To understand how visitors use the Site (aggregated, analytics purposes) and improve our content.
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Legal basis for processing (EU/UK/EEA visitors)

  • Consent — for newsletter emails and non-essential (analytics) cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interest — for responding to inquiries and understanding aggregate site usage.
  • Contract / pre-contractual steps — for scheduling a requested consultation.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the service providers (processors) that help us run the Site:

  • Hostinger — our web hosting provider (stores the Site and any data submitted through it).
  • WPForms — our form plugin, used to process form submissions on our own server.
  • Brevo — our email/newsletter platform (stores subscriber emails and sends campaigns; our sending domain is authenticated with Brevo).
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics, only after cookie consent is given.
  • Calendly — scheduling tool for consultations, acting as an independent controller for booking data.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers (Google, Brevo, Calendly) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where this happens, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms recognized under GDPR.

How long we keep your information

  • Newsletter subscribers: for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your data shortly after, except for a minimal record (e.g., your email address on a suppression list) kept to ensure we do not contact you again.
  • Form submissions (name/email/company for downloads): up to 24 months from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): event data is retained for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, and is reset when new user activity occurs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA/UK), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe from the newsletter, reject analytics cookies).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@theintelligenthub.com.

Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
